Although I wouldn’t consider popcorn as one of the French snacks it is still relevant and a good option for someone who wants to snack without the risk of gaining weight.

There are different ways you can prepare kale chips for snacking. One of my favorite ways is by baking kale tossed in avocado oil.

As you can hear from the name itself that it’s not a French snack. But don’t be fooled because the French still love the greet yogurt and they love snacking with it.
There is a difference between Greek yogurt and French yogurt but I’m not here to discuss that.
We are going to be focusing on Greek yogurt only.
This yogurt contains carbohydrates that can give you an energy boost after snacking. They are also known to be a great source of protein and calcium.

Of course the French eat eggs as a snack. Some eat them for different reasons.
In the past, some even considered eating boiled eggs in bars while drinking. But today, some eat hard-boiled eggs as a weight-loss snack.
That is because boiled eggs make a great protein-filled snack that is also filling.
This means that after eating a boiled egg, you can go for a long time without the need to eat anything else.

Some even call it the French guacamole but what I came to realize is that you can call it what you like, it really doesn’t matter.
