The Diet MENU
You can start your day with 2 hard-boiled eggs and a colorful Cucumber salad.
Snacks: You get yourself 5 plums or 1 big apple of 1 peach.
Get yourself 1 piece of toasted wheat bread with a bowl of cucumber salad.
Snacks: For these, you can make yourself a glass of cucumber smoothie.
For dinner, you can get a healthy vegetable salad with a mixture of Cucumbers, beans, tomatoes, and olive oil.

What You Need!
- A bowel
- 400g of cucumber
- 200ml Yogurt
How to make
Making the salad is easy. All you need is to chop the onion into small pieces ( No need to chop all of it). Peel and cut the 400g of cucumber and add it to the bowel.
Add the 200ml of yogurt and then stir to get the right texture. Add a pinch of salt. Now the salad will be ready to consume.
- 1 apple
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Handful of Spinach
How to make
Making the cucumber smoothie is easier than making the salad. All you have to do is to chop the cucumber, ginger, and apple into small pieces.
Add them into the blender and also add the spinach inside the blender and blend.
You can eat this meal for 7 days straight and start to see results.

Cucumbers are really healthy but one might not help to wonder if a cucumber diet plan is that really effective when it comes to weight loss.
