It is also known to be one of the popular spices in the world. It also contains a great deal of cinnamaldehyde which is responsible for the health benefits we get from using cinnamon.

The cinnamon powder is also known to contain antioxidants that are way higher in the rankings than the so-called superfoods such as oregano and garlic.

It is also known to be able to help you decrease the risk of heart disease because it can reduce the level of cholesterol in your body.

Lemon Juice

Although the primary ingredient is water, we cannot rule out the lemon itself. Lemon is one of the fruits that are high in vitamin C.

Vitamin C is known to help with the prevention or reduction of the duration of common cold sickness in a lot of people. Although others may say it’s not, but in my experience, it works.

Lemon water supports weight loss. Polyphenol antioxidants found in lemons are responsible for reducing weight gain.

These antioxidants can also reduce the negative effects on blood glucose levels and improve insulin resistance.

These are the two main factors responsible for the development of type 2 diabetes.


Never go for processed sugar. I repeat, Never go for processed sugar. This is because processed sugar is tied to weight gain by a long thread.

This Is How The Drink Is Made


  • Ground Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon per cup
  • Grab 1/4 of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 Glass of Water

Okay, that is the basics, if you want to create a larger sample, for example, use 5 glasses of water, then you must multiply everything by 5.

Instead of using 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, you’re going to need 2.5 teaspoons of Ground Cinnamon in total

Making the Drink!

The process is simple. It’s like making tea, you just need to heat the water up(4 glasses minimum). Don’t let it boil though. Then mix everything when the water is heated instead of honey.

Remember to add honey when the drink has cooled down.

Then once everything is ready, then just consume. You can also store it in the refrigerator if you prefer to drink it as a cold beverage.


What I personally recommend is for you to use the drink as a supplement for whatever it is that you were already using for your weight loss.

    Hi tTaylor.
    By 1/4 of Lemon juice, I mean a quarter of the lemon juice. If you have a full lemon, cut it in half and then cut one of those halves into 2 parts. And then take that quarter and put it in your drink.

    You can even also use 1 slice of lemon. It’s basically the same thing. I hope you understood. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

      How many ounces per serving? Recipe calls for 4 glasses of water and multiply ingredients by 5. Are we talking 8 or 12 ounces of water × 5 ingredient?

    Since you have a medical condition, I suggest you lose weight slowly and steadily by using a balanced diet plan using this drink as a refreshment beverage instead of soda.
