The best way to lose weight is perhaps the type that you easily overlook. There is no need for you to do exercises to lose weight at home, but doing some exercises wouldn’t hurt.
In this post, I’m going to share with you step by step how you can shed that weight that’s been bothering you so much.
If you follow my step by step formula to the dot, you are guaranteed to lose weight. Even if it’s not the amount of weight you desire but something will come off.
The Only thing that’s going to stop that from happening is you. If you don’t take action, then you might as well forget it.
Here Are The Steps You Need To Follow To Lose Weight:
What I came to realize in life is that, when you want to accomplish something, you need to develop a mindset towards your goal.
Losing weight is not different. I know that some may be scared of quitting during the process but that should not stop you from starting.
If you really want to lose weight, you need to understand that you’ll need to stay focused and disciplined. You need to be into it, like really into it. You need to keep yourself motivated throughout the process.
The one motivational factor that I really like is checking the weight loss progress. Although this can sometimes hurt you when it seems like there is no progress at all.
That is why I only recommend you to check your weight before you start the weight loss process and after 1 month. This gives you enough time to get used to your daily habits.
Which brings me to my next step!
Change Your Daily Habits
Chances are, you have gained weight because of the habits that you allowed yourself to get used to. Adapting to change can be challenging sometimes. But, you need to remind yourself why you’re losing weight in the first place.
You need to make peace with the fact that things are going to change. But don’t worry because they are only going to change for the better.
Now you may be wondering, where the hell should I start? Should I get myself a diet right away? start doing push-ups and squats?
Hold on, I got you.!
Remove temptations in your sight!
Get rid of the obvious dangerous foods in your sight. Remove them from your fridge, cupboard, shopping, and anywhere that you think they might get to call your name.
- Alcohol mostly beer
- Ice cream
- Cookies and cakes
- White Bread
- Candy bars
- You name them!
Get rid of them as fast as possible because they will not only hinder your weight loss, they will also add on some few pounds in the process. And you don’t want that.
What you need is to get rid of their toxic chemicals from your system. Which brings me to my next step.
Cleanse Your Body From Toxins
There are a lot of ways that you can detoxify your body. It’s only up to you what type you want to use. Exercising is one of them. And also eating healthy balanced foods is another way of detoxification.
For those who do not know, detoxification is when you remove toxic waste from your body. This is usually done by your liver but when there are too many toxins in your body, the liver cannot remove all of them.
Then you need a detox-cleanse!
There are a lot of benefits to doing this.
- You’ll end up feeling fresh and energized.
- Your immune system will be stronger.
- You’ll have clearer skin.
- You’ll also lose a significant amount of weight.

Get Yourself A Diet Plan That Works For You
Nothing can help you lose weight faster than a diet plan that works. And there are dozens and dozens of diet out there on the internet you can try out.
But be warned, most of them don’t work. Some of them work but they can be unhealthy if done incorrectly. They won’t tell you that since they’re looking for a quick buck.
That is why I recommend you start small. If you’ve never tried to lose weight in your life then, this weight loss diet is for you. But it’s only for a short period of time. It’s called the Hard-Boiled Egg Diet Plan.
