Breakfast

Chia Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of fat-free yogurt
  • A tsp of Chia seeds
  • A tsp of honey
  • 1 cup of ice

How to prepare the smoothie

Put all of these ingredients in a blender and blend all of them together until they are smooth.

When your breakfast is smooth and nice looking, you can pour in a glass and serve.

Lunch

Fruit Bowl And Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of almonds
  • A cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt

Preparation

Take your serving bowl and scoop yogurt inside of it. After that, add topping to your yogurt and serve.

You can also add cinnamon to your topping to spice things up.

Dinner

  • Spinach (Get 3 cups of fresh spinach)
  • ½ cup of sliced red onions
  • A cup of blueberries
  • ¼ almonds
  • One tsp of apple cider vinegar

Preparation

The preparation is way too simple. All you have to do is to put the salad in a large bowl and serve.

Make sure that you don’t exceed a tsp of vinegar.

Drinks

It’s a good idea to only drink detox beverages in the place of soda.

You can use these drinks when you end up feeling hungry in between your meals. Remember that this is not a fasting diet, it’s just controlled dieting.

This means that you are controlling the food that you eat throughout the day.

Try this diet plan for about a week or two and come back and report the results on this post.

If you feel like it is way too hard for you to adjust, try it for three days and go back to your old meals. Then after two days of break, go for four days and increase like that.
