Lemons are also known to be able to balance acidity levels in your body. Although they may taste as if they are acidic, they actually have opposite effects on foods that are acidic.
Broccoli is known to have fighting ability against abnormal cells that can later lead to cancer. It is a cancer-fighting detox because it removes chemicals that are capable of causing cancer in your body.
Eating the broccoli raw is what I recommend.
Another superfood known to have detoxifying properties is green tea.
Green tea is known to have antioxidants that can prevent your cells from being damaged by radicals produced by the body reacting from toxins outside the body.
You can use green tea as a weight-loss diet. People actually create fat loss diets about green tea and actually sell it.
When you make your green tea, make sure that you DO NOT add sugar. I mean, how can you detoxify yourself from something while still adding more of that stuff? It makes no sense.
I know that the taste of green tea may bother some people, so in order to fix that, you can add a small portion of raw honey as a sweetener.
This is the best and basic one on the list. Drinking water.
In fact, I currently have a bottle of water right next to me whilst writing this post. This shows how important it is for me to drink water every day.
Drinking a minimum of 2liters a day is what I would recommend. If you want to spice things up a bit, I’d advise you to do a combo. Drink Lemon Water!
