Learning how to lose weight fast but still want to drink smoothies, in this post I will share the best weight loss smoothies that I’ve used personally.

What I love about these smoothie recipes is that they are very easy to make and they take only a few minutes to prepare.

Why Drinking Smoothies While On A Weight Loss Diet Is Important

I’ve always had people ask me why I seem to not gain weight while somehow I happen to be eating all sorts of food. They wanted to know my secret. The secret is, there is no secret. I just do what people losing weight do on a regular basis.

But still, that doesn’t answer the question of me eating everything I want without gaining weight.

So the answer to that is HABITS. This is the only reason why people who achieved weight loss end up gaining all that weight again going back to square one.

When you drink smoothies [Not every smoothie though] you develop a healthy habit that you’re going to use for the rest of your life.

Learn to Develop habits that are positive in your life. Even if you do go back to eating your regular foods, these new healthy habits will give help you keep your weight in check.

Here are my 3 delicious fat burning smoothies that are going to help you keep your weight even when you are no longer on a diet.

Carrot Spinach Milky Smoothies

Another great way to get raw vegetables without even trying that hard. There are a lot of studies that show spinach is one of the super green foods filled with nutrients.

Not only that but it can also help you reduce food cravings.

How To Make this Smoothie

You’re going to need the following:

  1. Three or two cups of Spinach (stem removed)
  2. Juice from one orange
  3. one slice of apple
  4. two cups of ice
  5. one banana
  6. one chopped carrot
  7. one cup of almond milk

Use a blender and blend the whole thing. You can start serving immediately. If you didn’t need the ice then simply exclude it. If you need a little more orange texture, you can add a small amount of it to the smoothie.

Drinking this smoothie will give you the wrong impression at first because it’s soo sweet and refreshing. If you’re on a diet, you might think that this smoothie will ruin it.

But trust me, it’s harmless, sweet, and a good meal replacement that I think you actually need.

Berries are known to help with blood sugar regulation. They boost your metabolism and are also filled with fibers that burn down belly fat.

This weight loss smoothie also has the power to curb your appetite.

How to make this smoothie

You’re going to need the following:

  1. One cup of berries
  2. One cup of plain unsweetened yogurt
  3. One tablespoon of Chia seeds
  4. A cup of ice or maybe half a cup

Blend the whole thing up and serve. If you want it to have a sweet vanilla flavor, you can also add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to your blender.

You can also use non-dairy yogurt as a substitute for dairy yogurt if you’re a vegan.

Choco Peanut Banana Smoothies

This one is my personal favorite and it’s a great meal replacement that can easily fill me up.

I love this because it’s filled with cacao nibs that can easily satisfy my chocolate cravings. If you’re like me and love chocolate, then you’re gonna love this one too.

Banana is known to have some properties that can help reduce bloating and control your appetite. It also provides some vital nutrients that your body needs. Banana is high in fiber, potassium and can be easily digested.

Peanut butter contains about 7 to 8 grams of protein and fats. But don’t be alarmed because they are a good type of fats. the monounsaturated fats which are good for your heart.

Here is how to make this smoothie

 You’re going to need the following:

  1. One or 2 tablespoons of cacao powder (unsweetened)
  2. Peanut butter (one tablespoon will do just fine)
  3. one or two tablespoons of honey or sweetener of your choice
  4. Cinamon powder (half a spoon will do)
  5. Frozen half banana
  6. One cup of vanilla almond milk
  7. Ice (That’s if your banana was not frozen

Blend well and serve.

When I want to spice things up, I throw in some chia seeds in there to boost my drink and turn it into a super drink!
